Planting indigenous species such as Late-flowered Flax-Lily (Dianella tarda) to improve habitat for the indigenous Blue-banded Bee.

Removing wild, unmanaged fruit trees that threaten native vegetation communities.

Removal of Hawthorn, Broom, Gorse, Tree Lucerne and Blackberry.

Robyn with a handful of Late-Flowered Flax-Lillies. Blue-banded Bees are a key pollinator for these plants with their unique ‘buzz-pollination’.
